Did you know that ginger & tumeric both boost your metabolism, reduce inflammation, improve your digestion & support your immune system? 🙌🏻

  • 1½ Cups fresh orange juice
  • 1 Cup fresh carrot juice
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1½ teaspoons tumeric powder (optional)
  • Mix all ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth & creamy
  • Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 6-8 hours & enjoy! ❄️
