Super healthy & full of vitamins, this recipe is the perfect way to get your daily vitamins in form of a delicious popsicle!
INGREDIENTS:
• 3 cups ripe kiwi
• 1/2 cup lime juice
• honey or sweetener of your choice (amount depends on how ripe your kiwis are)
INSTRUCTIONS:
• peel & slice one kiwi into chunks & keep it in a separate bowl
• peel the rest of the kiwis & mix them with the rest of the ingredients until smooth & creamy. Use more or less sweetener to get the sweetness you prefer
• fill kiwi chunks into popsicle molds, then cover them with the creamy liquid. Freeze for 6-8h & enjoy!
