Is there anything better than chocolate fudgesicles? Sugarfree & plantbased, this recipe is the perfect combination of a healthy & still delicious treat!
• 2 cups milk (dairy free)
• 4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 8 pitted dates
• 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
• pinch of salt
• 1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes
• mix all ingredients except the coconut flakes in a blender & mix until very smooth & creamy
• fill popsicle molds, insert sticks & freeze for 6-8 hours
• To unmold, run pops under hot water until loose enough to pull out. Roll immediately in toasted coconut for some extra love
