Yes! Try this delicious blackberry popsicles recipe & satify your cravings without any guilt!

This healthy recipe is rich in Vitamin C, full of Antioxidants & low in calories. All you need is a popsicle mold, fresh blackberrys, greek yogurt and a lemon.

 

 INGREDIENTS:

• 2.5 cups fresh & ripe blackberries 
• 1.5 cups greek yogurt
• 0.5 cup lemon juice
• optional: sweetener of your choice (depending on ripeness of blackberries)

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Mix blackberrys, greek yogurt & lemon juice until smooth & creamy
• Pour into Popsicle Molds & freeze for 6-8 hours
